מדיניות החזרות והחזרים

אנו מאפשרים החזרת מוצרים בתוך 7 ימים מיום קבלת המוצר.

כדי להיות זכאי להחזר, על המוצר להיות במצב חדש, לא בשימוש, באריזתו המקורית ובצירוף הוכחת קנייה (מספר הזמנה/קבלה).

 

מוצרים שלא ניתנים להחזרה:

    •    מוצרים שיוצרו בהתאמה אישית.

    •    מוצרים שנעשה בהם שימוש או שנפתחו מאריזתם המקורית.

    •    מוצרים במבצע סופי (Final Sale).

 

החזרים כספיים:

לאחר שהמוצר יוחזר וייבדק, נשלח עדכון ללקוח. אם ההחזר יאושר, יבוצע החזר כספי לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 7–14 ימי עסקים.

 

משלוח החזרות:

עלות משלוח ההחזרה חלה על הלקוח, אלא אם מדובר במוצר פגום או בטעות מצידנו.

Refund and Return Policy

 

Returns:

We accept product returns within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in new condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

 

Non-returnable items:

    •    Customized or personalized items.

    •    Items that have been opened or used.

    •    Final sale items.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

 

Return Shipping:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
